How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us for assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
